Coaching is the answer to the critical (and often missing) link in growing professional services firms!

The missing link is, of course, accountability. I don’t believe that you can hold someone else accountable. You can and should hold only yourself accountable for achieving the goals that you have deemed important. You should do so in a way that suits you and leads you to a well-formed outcome that has an emotional attachment for you personally. Great marketing plans aren’t enough as they are often not implemented. I know first-hand how effective coaching can be, as young partners become empowered to finally get out from under the thumb of their seniors and start becoming responsible for their own book of business! It’s what the Managing Partners want them to do – but they DON’T KNOW IT!
